bismuth compounds have been used as medicine for more than 100 years. In foreign countries, inorganic bismuth salt is the first compound recognized as having therapeutic effect. As early as 1899, bismuth was used to treat syphilis. Until the advent of penicillin in 1940, it was gradually replaced by antibiotics. After 1950, bismuth hyponitrate and bismuth hypocarbonate were used to treat simple dyspepsia. In the 2070s, Europe began to research and prepare bismuth aluminate and colloidal bismuth drugs. France was the first to apply for a patent for the production of bismuth aluminate. Bismuth aluminate is a decahydrate. Very light powder, almost water-insoluble alkaline substance. It is generally made by the reaction of sodium aluminate and bismuth nitrate. There are two raw materials for the production of bismuth nitrate. One is refined bismuth. Bismuth oxide is first prepared from refined bismuth, and then bismuth nitrate is prepared. For example, a preparation method of bismuth series chemical products disclosed, which requires high production raw material refined bismuth, resulting in high production costs. The other is to directly use bismuth oxide to produce bismuth nitrate, but the required bismuth oxide is quite high in purity, mainly including Pb, Cu, As, Na, Ag, Fe, Ni, Ca, K, Si, Sb, etc. Chemical impurities also contain carbon physical impurities that are insoluble in nitric acid. This type of bismuth oxide is called crude bismuth oxide in the industry. Obviously, the crude bismuth oxide cannot meet the use standard for producing bismuth oxide raw materials. The traditional treatment mode uses the crude bismuth oxide to return to the smelter, re-fire reduction, impurity removal, and re-use of ingot refined bismuth; there is also a method of treatment that uses acid to fully dissolve it. Wet smelting, filter physical impurities, prepare new compounds through crystallization, add alkali, or separate by extraction. Any of the above methods has too high treatment costs, I .e. consuming a large amount of chemical reagents and discharging a large amount of wastewater.
